Okay but don’t use when you are going to the airport

If you are going to the airport from Tirana, do not use this app. The app won’t find drivers (I guess because of the discount) and we got really stressed because we had to find another taxi and get more cash because this app allows you to pay with card and we counted on that. Otherwise the app is great for daytime trips that don’t involve a thight schedule.

Hey Annabel, I'm so sorry you had a stressful experience with the app. We're aiming to bring you the exact opposite.We've got a new feature coming out this month that'll help get offers accepted by drivers more easily to solve for this. Passengers will be able to let drivers offer their own prices for a ride, we'll collect a few quotes from drivers, and send the lowest one to the passenger. This way, you'll definitely be able to get a ride even when drivers are less interested in our standard fares.
