4 times charged my cards but no tickets

First time it works great in NY. Now in London my creditcard is charged my debet card from the bank 3 times but it says it went wrong and no tickets at all. No email not ring no answer from the help desk please I want my money back 3 times and the tickets the show is tomorrow
