Service is very bad!

Service of Joybuy is really bad. Delivery was not ontime, and need to request for refund initially (nobody from Joybuy would contact you for resend products or refund). Ask for refund, but at the end received nothings after 5 working days. Then ask again, then tell you, “oh! We will process it now.” Then you will find that the refund amount was wrong, less than what you paid! Contact customer service again, “oh we will refund the balance to you again”This is the service of Joybuy!

Unfortunately Joybuy is much worse than Ochama used to be. Jingdong has given up on investing in this app and this company, as is evidenced by JD completely stopping with fresh product delivery. Now Joybuy is no longer competitive with local Asian supermarkets anymore and we have returned to shopping there. The app is also worse than the Ochama app. In Ochama, when buying a 1+1 item, it will automatically add the two products to your basket. Joybuy has a bug where you add a 1+1 item, but it will only add the product once, and it makes you buy one product for a high price and they won’t send you the second free item. Unfortunately the app is worse than the old app, but the extremely unresponsive and slow customer support will not miss out on an opportunity to blame it on you and refuse to provide a solution. Just uninstalled the app. It’s sad to see JD which is a good company in China, fail so terribly in the European market. This truly damages the JD brand. I’ve even stopped using JD when I’m in China.
