Total rip off!

Paid €60 for yearly fee. The credits of 60 are gone after a day. Under 60 credits, no fun with this app. Rip of. Read the small letters.

Hello, we understand why seeing the remaining 60 daily credits disappear after one day felt disappointing, especially after purchasing a yearly plan. The 60 daily credits are a daily allowance rather than credits that accumulate. Any unused amount expires at the daily reset, and a new allocation becomes available each day for accounts that currently include this benefit. These credits are separate from any subscription-cycle credits included with the plan.Generation costs vary depending on the model, video duration, resolution, and other settings, so some options require more than 60 credits. If the daily allowance did not refresh, or if other credits included with your subscription are missing, please send your account ID, order number, and a screenshot of your credit balance to support@pixverse.ai so we can review the account.
