You don't need an hour. You need minutes, often. Greasit turns the gaps in your day into a real fitness habit. Short, science-backed bodyweight sets, six minutes, no gym, no gear, slotted between your meetings and focus blocks. It's built for people who sit at a desk all day and never seem to find time to train. HOW IT WORKS - A personalized daily plan of quick sets, paced to your level - Auto-counting workouts you can do beside your desk - Smart reminders that land in the gaps you choose, never mid-meeting - Streaks, stats, and rewards that make showing up stick TRAIN WITH A BUDDY Pair up with a friend or get matched with someone on the same goal. Agree on a contract, share one streak, and keep each other honest. Miss a day and you both feel it. That's the point. THE SCIENCE Greasit is built on "exercise snacking" and "greasing the groove": frequent, low-stress practice that builds strength as a skill. Brief efforts spread across the day can improve fitness as much as one long session, without the gym trip. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your workouts stay on your phone. We never sell your data, and there's no sign-up to get started. GREASIT PREMIUM Premium unlocks your full personalized plan, smart scheduling, stats, streaks, and buddies. - Monthly: 7.99 USD per month - Annual: 39.99 USD per year Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
