Sushi Guide is a visual guide for learning about authentic Japanese sushi. It introduces more than 40 sushi toppings with beautiful photos and clear explanations. Look up a fish you're curious about while eating sushi, or, if you're new to sushi, use the camera to find out what the topping in front of you is. Main features 1. Sushi guide Check each topping's photo, kanji, reading, characteristics, regions, and approximate season. You'll also pick up small bits of knowledge about the fish and shellfish used in each topping. 2. Search by photo Take a photo of the sushi in front of you, and the app finds the closest topping among those in the guide. We're working to improve accuracy. If the result isn't right, we'd love your feedback. 3. Season calendar Browse seasonal sushi toppings by month. Use it to learn about seasonal fish or choose your next piece. 4. Sushi trivia Learn fun facts about sushi. Beyond the toppings themselves, we hope that learning about the background and culture around sushi makes your sushi experience even more vivid.
