For an app charging a hefty subscription fee, the user experience is shockingly cheap. It feels like a poorly designed free app, constantly interrupting you with unnecessary popups.Even while I’m in the middle of reading, I get interrupted by a popup. Seriously?! I’m paying for a premium experience, not to be bombarded with intrusive prompts every few minutes.Whoever thought this was a good product decision has completely lost sight of the user experience. If I were running this company, I’d seriously question the judgment of the product owner responsible for it.Charging premium prices while delivering a cheap, frustrating experience is an excellent way to drive paying customers away.
