iPGMail is a complete OpenPGP client for iPhone and iPad. Encrypt, decrypt, and digitally sign email and files using the same RFC 9580 / RFC 4880 standard you already use with GnuPG, Mailvelope, Thunderbird, ProtonMail's PGP exports, and any other OpenPGP-compatible tool. Bring your existing PGP identity to iOS or generate a new one in the app. Your private keys are stored in the iOS Keychain with the highest data-protection class and are unlocked only by Touch ID or Face ID. All cryptography runs locally — your keys and message content never leave your device. It takes some time to get the private keys imported, since the feedback is unclear. But when taken that hurdle this app just works as expected. This is the only pgp/gpg app that I found that is free, working and regularly updated. Good!

Works, not really user friendly but once you get the hang of it, it is ok.Biggest problem is that it refuses to work with LastPass. When LastPass enters the password, message decrypt of key import doesn’t happen.

Works, not really user friendly but once you get the hang of it, it is ok.Biggest problem is that it refuses to work with LastPass. When LastPass enters the password, message decrypt of key import doesn’t happen.

- Fixed memory footprint on large encrypt and decrypt actions that limited the size of the files that could be processed. Encrypting and Decrypting larger files (100Mb) should now be possible depending on the memory (RAM, not storage) available on your device. - UI improvements to show an overlay view to show when activities are processing in the background (long encrypt/decrypt operations).
