Daily journaling prompts powered by AI analyze themes in your entries and suggest next steps, while a Vision Board and Future-Self activity keep long-term goals visible. When you hit targets, like finishing a blocking session or keeping usage below a personal threshold, you unlock one of six animated rewards that live in a dedicated Rewards tab.
