This workout timer is ideal for your HIIT (high intensity interval training), circuit training, Tabata routines and is compatible with many more sports. For instance it also works perfectly for training or sparring in combat sports or martial arts like boxing, kick boxing, muay thai, MMA and more as it'll keep track of your rounds. Finally, it is also great for all bodyweight exercices, at home or at the gym.
The app features a simple yet powerful user interface. You can get started in a second, but if you want to go further you can really make it your own:
- Regular timer, interval timer, count down... if you want to time something, the app has you covered!
- Many different visual themes. You can even create your own, changing colors, fonts and more.
- Personalise all sounds and warnings.
- Very large and bold visuals working both in portrait and landscape mode.
- Use pre-made timers (boxing rules, Tabata 20/10, HIIT 30/30 and more), or save your own presets.
- Keep track of your workouts with a full log of completed trainings. You can even replay them.
- Simple and clean interface that works perfectly in light or dark mode.
On top of this, the app is ad-free to have a more stable and clutter-less experience.
