Switch tussen organisaties opgelost
Eerder meldde ik problemen met de switch tussen organisaties. In de vorige app versie kon je nog inloggen met 2 verschillende logins (van 2 verschillende organisaties) en nu moet je jezelf eerst als teamlid toevoegen. Geen punt en is gelukt. Als de app support dat nog even doorgeeft aan Mollie support dan weten zij het ook want via hen kwam ik niet verder.
Mooie start!
Een mooie app zeg! Leuk dat je je Mollie statistieken ook in de app kunt zien. Tot er meer functies komen blijf ik de Mollie mobiele versie gebruiken. Kijk ook eens naar de Stripe applicatie. Die heeft wat betere visuals.
50 days to transfer money to bank account
Mollie indicates that they can hold the “ partial” amount of money for undiscolsed amount of days on their account before transferring to your bank. They don’t indicate the details in the contract, say it’s “for safety”.
In our case it was 20% of the funds for 50 (!) days. The issue has continued for three months. Changing the provider now. Be careful with Mollie, they are not fully transparent with their service and it can take up to 1.5 months to get your money from them.
