Doesn’t work
I had a previous account, but not to the knowledge of this app.
So I make a new one and add my thermo/ hygrometer. Then they want me to ‘configure’
Some text in French. And Next button does not respond.
I come here and press the ‘app help’ button. Again; some French, some English. But also the support website does not exist.
All I want is to read the thermometer. Should be simple.
And no; I will not be emailing support. I will find something else to do.
Does not work
I can’t even register after i give in my first name all blocks.
Now my lights don’t work

Great service after problem
After the contact because of a problem, see below, I contacted OtioHome and the problem was very fast solved.

First bought a smart plug to connect and switch my boiler on and of on distance. Worked fine just for a month. Than it worked only within the reach of my wifi.
So I bought the gateway because I thought this would help. Connected to the smart plug, no difference. Works only in the reach of my wifi.
I thought let’s start again. No way. To access my account I get into a loop where I have to give my name and password again and again. Can’t get out of it. It wants to connect to B2clogin.com every 1-2 minutes. If I want to start a new account it does not accept my email, because I used it already in the previous account.
What to do? How can I clean the app and start again?
