Co mogę powiedzieć, posiadam najnowsze urządzenia bo kupuje nowości na bieżąco i nagrywam recenzje itp. Ta apka zawsze ma problem nic przez nią nie można aktualizować np dowodu osobistego. Nie mogę dodać kolejnego numeru ponieważ zapomniałem aktualizować dowód osobisty w salonie, jestem osobą publiczną rzadko widać mnie w salonie. W zagranicznych sieciach i apkach można wszytko załatwić bez wychodzenia z domu. Przebywam za granicą i rzadko jestem w Polsce, dla mnie to duże utrudnienie że ciągle ze wszytki, jest pod górkę.

Przykro nam, że tak, uważasz. Dane osobowe są aktualizowane przez naszych pracowników po weryfikacji dokumentu tożsamości. Proces jest realizowany z zachowaniem bezpieczeństwa danych naszych Klientów. Jeśli poza tą kwestią, aplikacja działa prawidłowo i możemy liczyć na wyższą ocenę?
