I have sent the following email to you. Why do I get no response? I forgot my password. So I click on forget your password. I get a reset code. This code is valid for 3 minutes. Within a minute I enter the reset code and the new password. Sorry, your session has expired. Please login again. Why? The email indicates that reset code will be valid for 3 minutes.
