Qfile Pro is a free companion app for QNAP NAS that allows you to browse and manage the files on your NAS using your iPhone or iPad.
Prerequisites:
- iOS 13 or later
- QNAP NAS running QTS 4.0 or later, QuTS hero 4.5.0 or later
Major features of Qfile Pro:
- Access files on your QNAP NAS anytime, anywhere.
- Directly upload photos and documents from your iOS devices to your NAS.
- Easy sharing: Create download links to easily share files via email or SMS, or simply email the file as an attachment.
- Easy management: Move, copy, rename, and delete files on your NAS using your mobile device. No computer required.
- Offline file reading: Download files from your NAS to your iOS device for convenient access when you do not have an Internet connection.
- Auto upload: Automatically upload photos from your device's photo gallery to the NAS. (To ensure that Qfile Pro can continually provide this background service, you must allow the location service - please note that this may noticeably decrease battery life.)
- Qysnc integration: Synchronize files between your mobile device and your QNAP NAS. (Requires QTS 4.3.4/QuTS hero 4.5.0 or later, and Qsync Central to be installed on your QNAP NAS device.)
Other features:
1. Support for displaying files thumbnail.
2. Supports control playback from QNAP NAS to DLNA devices. (requires QNAP Media Server, and QTS 4.0/QuTS hero 4.5.0 or later)
3. Support for file compression. (QTS 4.0/QuTS hero 4.5.0 or later)

[New Features]
- An option has been added for file uploads to have their modified date set to the file creation date, making it more convenient to browse and organize files.
- An option has been added to generate thumbnails on users' mobile devices during file uploading and upload them to the NAS together with the file uploads.
- A new reporting system has been added for helping users report issues they encounter which allows QNAP to fix Qfile Pro issues with more responsive and timely updates.
[Enhancements]
- Users can now organize their photo and videos auto uploaded into directories based on created year or based on created year and month.
- The background task menu now provides additional useful information, including upload time and relevant upload settings.
[Fixed Issues]
- Improved app stability by fixing several minor issues.
Beoordelingen en recensies
Qnap qfile pro
Langzaam maar zeker wordt het wat. Alleen wat ik mis is het volgende. Heb meer dan 2 Nas kan nu alleen kopiëren op de schijf waar ik op dat moment ingelogd ben. Kijk naar File Browser van (stratospherix) daar kan ik mijn bestanden gewoon kopiëren naar verschillende schijven, zonder beperking. Filebrowser krijgt van mij een dikke 10.

QNAP is niet (meer) te detecteren
Sinds een tijdje (update?) is de qnap niet meer te detecteren in het thuis netwerk (met iPad 6 mini). Ook met de work around, IP adress van de NAS bepalen en deze handmatig invoeren gaat ook niet. Terwijl de NAS wel zichtbaar en bereikbaar is vanuit de (Linux) PC. Gelukkig zit de gaspedaal van de auto nog altijd rechts…

Please click "NAS" icon in top of left hand side, then click From Local network in "Add a QNAP Device" for make sure your Wifi connection is in the same subnet with NAS.

As to be expected
Nog as perfect as working on a computer. But certainly handy for quickly browsing docs for when your not home.
