added a toggle to turn on universal fine time selection

added a toggle to automatically start Recalls at the end of the most recent event

added a way to select and move events to different days

- Added the notes of an event to the preview on the timeline

- Made all context menus across the UI consistent

Bug Fixes

- expanded the height of certain charts in the data page when viewing 'This Week'.
- Fixed the longstanding bug that caused the app to sometimes crash when switching off the calendar page
