Everyone that uses this app says they had a bad experience
At first i recomended the app to my friends
They started complaining and saying that their deposit was bot returned for months
They over charge when you get a fine
I was a great driver and i did t get fines
But one day the car was impounded and i had to go the the impound area to release the car and payed the fine 650 aed
Few days later self drive deducted 750 aed from me
I called them and asked for a refund but i got no reply they said the would refund me 650 aed in 2 weeks its been a month norw they didnt refund me
Also they charged me 100 aed ء”service fees” common mann 100 aed for a fine i already paid they said its non refundable like wth ??!
Also theybsaid you shouldnt have paid the fine
Liek how can i not pay the fine if i didnt they wouldv been staying in the impound area for 2 weeks getting vharged extra everyday
I Do Not Recomend !
