Good tool to learn

Great tool, works well. Would like if more songs were available. Also if there were more tiered learning for the complex songs. E.g learn to play a simplified version of a song, then slowly increase the additional keys etc.

I really like the app and im learning whit twi hands but now i need to pay and i would do it if i could first do some free training to know if i would really use this app more often

Trial period automatically extends, expensive, buggy, not that useful and dismissive support.

A three month free subscription was included with the Roland keyboard I bought. So I installed it to check it out. I didn’t find it very useful and buggy. So I forgot about it and moved on until I suddenly discovered a €39,99 payment on my credit card which is a three month subscription! Of course this isn’t a subscription that can be managed through the app store like other subscriptions. In fact the app store doesn’t even list a price for this app. So I had to first cancel the subscription through the Skoove website and than I had to reach out to their support for a refund.
The support staff was dismissive and claimed I had received a payment reminder which I didn’t. Incredibly he even tried to sell me on the subscription again.
When I told them that I insisted on a refund my emails went unanswered.
My advice is stay away from this or any type of trial with an automatic subscription software. They are mostly over priced money making schemes.
As for the quality of the software and teaching method: It crashes easily on my iPad and when it works it tends to be out of sync with the keyboard through bluetooth so it regularly thinks you missed a note when you didn’t. Specially the first note of a score. The method doesn’t really teach you notes or techniques but tries to teach a some simple melodies. I got bored of it real fast.
