Apple in-app purchase are associated to your Apple Store ID, so if you are using the same account on all your devices you pay just one time. You can select the option "Restore purchases" or anyway if you try to re-buy the same item you won't get charged.
Good app, easy to navigate and use, even on a small phone screen.
