Our goal is to make the free version of the app the best free strength training log on the market! Using it, you'll be able to log an infinite amount of workouts, add your own exercises, view basic statistics and track your PRs (both singles and rep records). And you'll get access to a lot of workouts and training programs for different training goals, like building strength or muscle mass!

If you level up to a premium subscription, you'll gain access to more advanced statistics, our full catalog of training programs, great features such as quick stats for sets, and the ability to log sets with reps in reserve (RIR) or rate of perceived exertion (RPE). You will also contribute to the continued development of the app, and we thank you greatly for that!

Subscriptions

In-app you’re able to subscribe to our premium version of the StrengthLog App, in the form of automatically renewable subscriptions.

• Choose between 1 month, 3 months and 12 months.
• Your subscription will be charged to your App Store account upon confirmation of purchase and will be renewed automatically 24 hours before the end of the subscription period if the subscription is not canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• An active subscription cannot be canceled during the active subscription period. However, you can choose to turn auto-renew on/off in your App Store account settings.

This app works much better when you have access to the World Wide Web, where we store all your data, our exercise demos, training programs, and much, much more. But we never intended to shut you out if you tried to start the app in Stone Age mode, which the last version did. Oops. Well, we’ve fixed that now (but we still recommend that you start the app with access to cyberspace).

Excellent app for tracking workouts

This Swedish company used to do an awesome podcast about working out, and this app is all of their years of experience as trainers in actual use. Not only do they have (completely free) programs in addition to the ones included in the premium subscription, there are also videos of how to perform the exercises with a step by step description. Highly recommend.

Broken after update

App was really good, up until I updated my Apple Watch. Now I need to give Apple health permission everytime I use it. If I forget then the workout is not transferred properly to the fitness/health app. So what is even the point then
