Light is the most important time cue for “shifting” your circadian clock. Light exposure and avoidance, at the right time, will significantly accelerate your adaptation. Seeing or avoiding light at the wrong time — as often recommended by non-experts — will shift your circadian clock the wrong way – away from your new time zone – making your jet lag worse.

First experience using Timeshifter
Very cool UX!! App looks great and user interaction is fantastic!
Got a try-out coupon at Websummit 2018.
Regarding taking sleep during a flight I think it is impossible to sleep in the first and last hour, so suggest to modify the algoritm for this. Also I expected to have some food advice, in my experience it enhanced my adoption to the new timezone when I modify the times and amounts of food I take.
The payment schedule looks expensive to me. I would be willing to pay EUR 5 for a next (single time) use.

First time I flew to the US from Europe I had a very bad jet lag that lasted 3-4 days… This time that I did the same trip and used Timeshifter I almost didn’t feel it at all after following the plan. Slept directly the same night and had a very smooth transition to the new time zone :) Very happy with it.
