Cheap but bad
We tried to rent 4 bikes with our family.
We tried about 25 bikes to find 4 working ones. We had a 45 minute offer but in the end we weren’t able to find 4 working ones within that timeframe. Waste of money and we ended up taking the Metro in Paris. Unclear instructions on the bike and most of the bikes we found in Sacre Coeur area weren’t functional. Rent a bike at a different company. I demand a full refund.
Terrible, don’t use
After it was impossible to return the bike they tried charging me for hours I didn’t use it. Got locked out of the app with the password reset not working, causing me to get stuck in Paris without the ability to get a bike to get home. Had to get a taxi. Rent a bike somewhere else, avoid at all cost.
Worst service ever
Used the service after going through a lot of trouble to create an account (eventually gave up) and registered at the station. Last day could not get bicycle from the station - it was stuck - and therefore not return! Timer is still running and receiving emails that deposit might not get refunded, but nobody replies to emails and when I call about it and explain the problem they simply hang up.
This is unacceptable and the worst customer service I ever experienced!
