Ja, de krever virkelig 10 kroner for kvitteringen🤷♂️
Ingen kobling mellom web og app
Hvorfor kan jeg ikke se tidligere parkeringer som er foretatt og er arkivert via websiden. Jeg logget inn med samme brukernavn og passord, og burde dermed kunne se tidligere parkeringer og hente kvitteringer fra appen. Per nå må jeg da logge meg inn to steder for å få tilgang til alle parkeringene mine

Tjenestene som brukes av web og app er de samme. Se kjøretøyene, betalingskortene, kvitteringer, tillatelsene osv er tilgjengelig på samme måte.
Når det er sagt, har baksystemet hvor løpende parkeringer og tillatelser bor hatt nedetid tidligere i dag. Det kan forklare at du har manglet innhold i appen. Kjøretøyene, kortene og kvitteringene dine har vært tilgjengelig i hele dag.
