Alt virker bra og seriøst hos Dere Cewe
Forvirrende innlogging
Til tross for et flott program for editering av fotobok gir jeg bare 2 stjerner. Dette pga stor forvirring rundt innlogging med brukernavn og passord.
Jeg hentet opp en bok jeg hadde jobbet med og gjorde den ferdig. Da jeg skulle legge den i handlevognen ba den om brukernavn og passord.
Til tross for at jeg allerede var innlogget, skrev jeg inn det jeg mente var riktig. Da fikk jeg feil brukernavn og passord. Jeg ringte support og fikk først da vite at cewe myphoto og cewe fotobok er to ulike applikasjoner.
HERREGUD, ER DET MULIG!
For meg som bruker er dette bare irriterende og tungvint. Det vil føre til at jeg leter etter en annen leverandør neste gang!
