Description
Mit der FastBill Scan-App scannst du deine Belege und Rechnungen über dein Smartphone ein - ganz bequem von unterwegs. Deine Belege werden an die Inbox deines FastBill-Accounts übertragen und dort automatisch für dich erfasst.
So einfach war Belegerfassung noch nie!
Der Download und die Nutzung ist in allen Tarifen kostenlos.
Und so funktioniert’s:
1. Lade die App aus dem AppStore oder dem PlayStore herunter.
2. Logge dich mit der E-Mail-Adresse deines FastBill-Accounts ein.
3. Scanne das Dokument, das du hochladen möchtest. Achte dabei am besten auf einen guten, kontrastreichen Hintergrund - so kann die App das Dokument einfacher erkennen.
4. Schneide den Scan auf die gewünschten Maße zu und bestätige deine Auswahl mit dem grünen Häkchen.
5. Das Dokument wird nun an deinen Account geschickt. Du findest es dort in deiner Inbox auf dem Dashboard.
Tipp: Auch mehrseitige Dokumente sind möglich. Gehe dafür nach dem Scannen der ersten Seite einfach auf das Plus.
