FortuneBit StaffHub is a Mobile App that interacts with the ERPNext solution provided by Tektician Sdn Bhd for the purpose of allowing employees and HOD to interact with the Human Resources module of the enterprise solution.
Version 1.0.0 Summary:
E-Claim:
- Digitally file expense claim to be approved by Head of Department.
- Display Claims submitted and its associated approval progress.
- Login as Approver to view summary of claims filed by subordinate and approve/disapprove their claims.
- Download the approved claim summary from the system.
Updating Profile:
- Update personal profile details and perform password change through the mobile app.
Upcoming Changes:
- E-Leave, E-Attendance and Payroll System Integration is being worked upon.
