Ubrukelig app
Denne appen må vere noke av det mest ubrukelige, får ingen kontakt med klipper uansett kva eg gjer, og ser veldig mange har samme problem.. time to do something?!?

Connection established again after firmware update
Had the same issue as many others that an update to the app broke communication with the mower. For me the solution was to update the firmware on the mower. I have a minimo 380 where Bluetooth+ app is the only user interface so this was a severe incident in my opinion. I do hope the developers will at the very least notify users in the app if something like this happens again. I like the mower and the app works fine when everything is working, but have to say that the user experience during this incident was below par.

Får ikke kontakt med enheten lenger. Det virket for 2 uker siden. Prøver å re-innstallere den, men får beskjed om å restarte og prøve på nytt. Please fix bluetooth bug!

Hello,
thanks for your review, we're sorry for the inconveniences.
App and mower have to be both updated. Look on our website, if there is an update for your robotic mower which has to be done.
If the issue remains, please delete the device from the app, also delete it from the Bluetooth settings of your smartphone. Delete the app.
Then install the app again and pair the robotic mower again.
