Terrible app can't even type otp as keyboard won't in the form. Fire the staff for useless app.

I dont know what kind of update is this, i am trying to transfer money but i cannot write more than 999 pkr or 500pkr. How to fix this issue?

Since a year now, the app is down again and again and still no improvement. Updated to the newest version, tried to do a transfer and the amount field is not going beyond hundred. E.g. it takes only 200 of 20000. Logged a complaint but the reply I got is weekend and so they will get back to me in 5 working days.
OTP in SIM in same phone

I was trying to login to Alfa app & my registered phone number sim was in a different phone. Now while trying to login, the option to enter OTP was disabled & a note was written below “sim should be in the same phone” i have seen such unusual request from a banking app for the first time. for real Alfa app developers?
