Surfshark is a paid VPN service, so you need a subscription to use it.
The payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless the auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
We will charge your account for renewal within 24 hours before the end of your subscription.
You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal after purchase by going to your App Store Account Settings.
Any unused portion of Surfshark's free trial will expire when you purchase a subscription.

It can be connected without IP address, so the internet can’t be used...I tried to reinstall the APP or reset the VPN, the problem is still here….

Hello there, we are sorry to hear about your experience. Such connectivity and network related problems can often be resolved by switching to a different connection protocol. To do so, go to the Surfshark app -> Settings -> VPN settings -> Protocol. In case that does not help, please get in touch with us by joining live-chat on our website or at support@surfshark.com.
Good service, BUT...

I have been using Surfshark on and off for years. The apps are well built, intuitive and a pleasure to use on all devices. Connection speed varies, but normally not an issue even for bandwidth-intesive things like video unblocking.However, their customer service practices have put me off using them any further. They make it very difficult to pause or cancel you subscription. I have experienced "ghost autorenewals" as well, where my card gets charged even though I had turnd autorenewals off. CS can't help you when this happens because they don't keep logs and they do not do refund ever. Only recourse to avoid problems is to delete your account altogether.With that said, their agents are nice and as helpful as they can be.
