Deliveryman lost my package, so i downloaded parcel&post, got too tracking, but could not find it, but i tracked it, customer support were helpful and kind, his mame was Jacob and he helped me

One have to pay to use the app. I understand they want to earn money but monthly payment for searching up packages are crazy to me. Understand if you could pay to see more info and such like that but only to know where your package is, that’s crazy to me. If you don’t pay monthly the app is useless.
