Paste a recipe, pick a batch size and get exact gram amounts. Split the dough into loaves, check baker's percentages and plan when to start so the bread is ready on time. Baker's Scale turns any recipe written in grams into exactly the batch you need: half a loaf, a double batch, or dough for six pizzas. PASTE, DON'T TYPE Paste an ingredient list like "500 g flour, 320 g water, 10 g salt" and it becomes a recipe instantly. Kilograms and decimal commas work too. BUILT FOR BREAD Every ingredient shows its baker's percentage, with total flour as 100%. Flours are recognised automatically (in English, Norwegian and several other languages), and you can mark any ingredient as flour with a tap. The loaf planner splits your dough into loaves and always adds up to the batch you're making. Change the number of loaves and each one gets bigger or smaller; change the loaf weight and the whole recipe scales to match. PLAN THE BAKE Set how long each stage takes, from kneading and proofing to baking and cooling, and pick when you want the bread ready. Baker's Scale tells you when to start and when each stage begins, so you can fit a long sourdough proof around your day.
