It is too complicated to pair a child’s phone and instructions are very poor. I need a plug and play solution. I can’t spent 2 hours reading instructions and trying to find how it works.

Please do not install. I read some of the recent complaints about the phone wiping the entire memory. I installed this, in spite of the warnings. The most rubbish app I have used in a long time. Wiped everything in my phone, including my contact list. If I could, I would give this a zero star.
