Good app, bad customer service

The app is great! The customer service however is not so great. There was a problem with the subscription (and it was not my fault) where I had to subscribe twice in order to get the subscription on the correct account. Despite being logged into this one originally, the subscription was added to my old account when I got my first subscription. Customer support was unwilling to help.

Most underrated language learning app on the App Store

Lingvist is seriously good. I have the weekly widget on my home screen so I never forget to review cards for the week. The UI is super smooth and the visualisations they give you as you progress are super motivating. You won’t learn a whole language with this app, but you’ll most did accelerate your vocabulary and grammar acquisition if you use this as a part of your language learning journey. 🙌🏼

It’s perfect. Perfect. Everything, down to the last minute details. On a serious note: i rarely ever find an app i worthy of giving my money, but this one had me at the first sight. Subscribed for a year. It’s a really good app and more importantly a great learning platform. If any developers see this: would you ever think of adding Arabic to the list of languages? Thanks.

Thank you for the feedback, we're very happy you found our app useful! Yes, we are planning to add the Arabic language course in the nearest future. Currently, we're finalising English to Korean and English to Swedish vocabulary and spelling courses. Arabic, Norwegian, Polish and Finnish are just a few languages that we have scheduled to release during the first half of 2023 :)
This update has a few design tweaks and performance improvements. Bugs were squashed. Fixes were made.
