• Start, stop, or pause cleaning even when you’re away from home.
• Receive notifications about the status of your robot.

Almost good
Often it shows offline mode so we constantly need to pair it again. A little frustrating! It's a shame this happens because the app itself is very well built, very intituive and all the functions work very well.
Neato app for D7
Display message “App update required “ - there has been no update in two (2)! years!
Maybe the Neato company should get that message?

Hey there, this error will often indicate that your phone and robot may have desynced. A quick reconnection should solve the problem. Please, try the following steps: 1)Close the Neato robotics app 2) Turn off the robot - press and hold the power/start button on the device until all lights are off 3) Press the button once more (do not hold this time) and wait until the robot plays a musical chime. Once the robot is on, open up the Neato app and the message should be gone! If you require any further help, don't hesitate to reach out www.neatorobotics.com/customer-care/
This app is a joke
Disconnects between every cleaning so that I have to keep pairing it, which takes a long time. Keeps giving me messages to upgrade app but there are no upgrades to be found. All links to help and FAQs, as well as to change the password, end in “page not found”. Luckily the vacuum can be used by just pushing a button, without the app. Will not buy this brand again, incredibly disappointing.
