Why can’t you order?
Isn’t it kind of pointless to have an app and website if you cannot order from it? I absolutely love New Yorker, but the closest store to me is almost 3 hours away from me, so I thought I could download the app and order clothes. But this clearly isn’t possible, nor is it possible to check the availability of clothes. I just don’t really see the point when two essential factors for an app for a clothing store isn’t there. It isn’t even possible to see the clothes you’ve favourited, yet you can apply for a job through the app? I’m definitely disappointed and hope this’ll change in the near future. I’ve never experienced this before, it’s a shame to leave such a negative review considering how much I love the clothes from New Yorker.
Pointless
I wanted to find a specific t shirt and I can’t find it at all. Even searching on google doesn’t help. You should really develop some kind of search engine and filter in the app/website, it’s impossible to actually find any products.
