All loans in the portfolio are secured through a mortgage on real estate, a private guarantee, a company guarantee - or a combination of these.
We are not a bank - instead we make it easy for the lender and borrower to enter into agreements directly, in a safe and flexible way. At Oblinor, we want to make investments digital, transparent and accessible to everyone. You get a quick and easy full overview of all new, current and repaid loans with associated reports.
With our Bank ID integration, you open an account in less than 3 minutes.
As an investor, you get:

- Expected 6 - 12% interest p.a.
- Push notifications when we publish new loans
- No brokerage or cost for you as a lender

Ikke godt nok universelt utformet, men god kundesupport
Universell utforming må tas på alvor, også hos Oblinor.
Appen får likevel fem stjerner, da selskapet evne til å ta fram en løsning, slik at jeg kan investere i fram til utbedring av appen er gjennomført. God og rask support, og til nå ingen lån som er misligholdt, tyder på solid oppfølging og god vurdering av låntakerne.

Rom for forbedringer rent designmessig, men så langt har alle mine lån blitt tilbakebetalt, og kun et par forsinket. Også de sistnevnte ble gjort opp, og jeg fikk dobbel rente siste 30 dager. Anbefales
