Online Coach is an app that facilitates online coaching and consultations between you and your personal coach.
With the Online Coach app you can:
- Access your individual weekly programme and tasks (ex. fitness workouts, habits, education material, etc.)
- Track your individual progress
- Chat directly with your individual coach (including photos and videos)
An Online Coach account is required to use the app. If you are downloading this app, you have signed up directly with your coach who is using the Online Coach app as their coaching app.
