Constantly having to crash app
Every day when I open the Polestar app it has frozen and doesn’t update. I have to crash the app and restart it, very annoying. I don’t have this issue with any other apps.
Må gå hjem fra jobb i dag
Brukte digital key (altså mobilen) når jeg kjørte til jobb i dag. Når jeg skal hjem nekter bilen å starte da den sier ar den ikke finner noen nøkkel.
30 min med support fra polestar på telefon: resultat = går hjem fra jobb
Kjørt Tesla daglig i snart 3 år med kun mobilen. Har aldri måtte gå noe sted og la den stå igjen.
Her har dere en viktig jobb å gjøre.
Mildt sagt et Glemt Produkt
Bilen et en imponerende sak. Men at appen er så diametralt i andre enden av skalaen er uforståelig. Med eneste funksjon for å låse opp/låse igjen dører, og skru på aircondition er dette noe som vitterlig har falt ut av planen til selskapet. Skjerp dere!
