This version of RoadCase is a complete overhaul of the app we launched last year. That version gave you a calendar and basic show details. That was it. This release turns RoadCase into a full touring workspace. Shows now have dedicated tabs for deals, settlements, guest lists, advances, expenses, schedules, travel, lodging, and documents — everything you used to track across spreadsheets, emails, and group chats. Build an advance with your rider and stage plot attached, send it to the venue, and see exactly when they opened it. Settle a show with a full box office breakdown right from your phone. Manage your guest list with an approve/deny workflow and export it as a PDF. Beyond shows, you now get a standalone todos system with assignees and due dates, a full document manager with custom folders, and a notification center that keeps your whole team in sync. Invite your band and crew, assign roles, and control who sees what. 1.0 was a calendar. This is the tour manager you carry in your pocket.
