Har gitt beskjed at det ikke funker å gå innpå ladestasjonene jeg har fra før. Ingenting har skjedd. Får ikke ladet bilen hjemme og må bruke masse ekstra penger på hurtiglading ute på stasjoner nå.
Smartly + Schneider solution doesn’t work
Unfortunately Smartly has serious problems with configuration of their system or with the supplier of chargers (or with both). The result are not working chargers. In my neighbourhood we have a system with many of their chargers and for few months my charger haven’t work properly for me not even once. I’ll quit with them soon and I advise you not to get with any agreement with Smartly as they clearly have no control of the product they install for their customers. Very unprofessional. This not working app is just another example of lack in professionalism - it always shows “charging” even if charging stopped hours ago. Smartly knows about all mentioned here issues for months, but they decide to do nothing.
