Please note that this step is not necessary. Leave the «one time password» blank and move on. I’m here for the trial version and found you need to buy the game in order to activate this step. Just ignore and enjoy the fact that now you didn’t waste an hour of your day in frustration. You are welcome.If you are here for the added security of having the optional one time password, have fun. Remember that the accept user agreement button is very hard to see, just spam the very top of the page, the first word accept is your target even though it doesn’t look like it.
