- Multi-language encoding fixes — resolves garbled text for European and CJK email users. - Fix: European .msg files no longer show garbled characters. When an .msg file has no explicit codepage, the fallback encoding is now Windows-1252 (the standard ANSI default) instead of Big5. This was the root cause of refund requests from European customers. - Fix: Dates now display in the user's system language instead of always being formatted in Traditional Chinese (zh_TW).
