This unique feature allows you to use ‘pages within pages’. This allows you to use sticky-notes and enables the creation of hierarchical visual files. You can also insert whole pdf files as sub-pages, or import pages from other ZoomNotes documents into a sub-page.
BOOKMARKS
Bookmarks allow you save views in your documents, and then return to them at a later date. There are animated playback facilities to allow you to present with or to create videos from your document.
LINKS
Add links between pages, and even between documents. This lets you create your own digital planners, enhance imported pdf planners or create indices.
SPLIT_SCREEN
Edit and view two documents side by side (or above and below). You can now also have 2 views of the same document.
CALENDAR EVENTS
Add events/reminders linked to your documents, possibly with alarms. The URL in the event links back to the document in ZoomNotes.
HUGE ZOOM RANGE, WHITEBOARD MODE
Zoom in and out without arbitrary limits including rotated views.
LAYERS
Layers let you control what is visible on a page, also options for 'master layers' which show on all pages.
WRITE OVER PDF FILES

As the title says this is the ultimate notetaking and planner app. It has everything I was looking for and more. I found this app after frustratingly finding myself drawn between GoodNotes 5 and notability. Both had features I needed, but neither had them all. And features like hyperlinking I had given up. I found and tried a lot of different apps, before I found this one, and I ansolutely love it. It’s calendar integration is a feature I craved, but never even considered to be possible. There are also so many tools and possibilities for what you can accomplish with this app, no matter what your needs are. There’s a few reasons why the app only gets 4 stars from me. First of the UI/UX is a bit outdated, and not always the most intuitive, so especially for those that are not so tec-savvy the learning curve can be a bit too steep. Another drawback is that at least for me during my short period with the app, it’s quite buggy. I don’t know if it’s the last update or a permanent issue, but it seems to me that the creators still are working on developing and improving their app, and they also seems to be listening to the users, so I have good faith in that bugs will be taken care of. TL:DR The app is great, has all the features you need and more, but it’s a bit hard to learn, and sometimes buggy! If you want all the amazing features, this is the app to go with, for sure!

This app is a very advanced note taking tool, with a soft learning curve and quite powerful.Organizing notes is a piece of cake, and cloud backup and export capabilities ensure you don't get locked out. I only miss writing recognition
