בעזרת הפלטפורמה החדשה של סיטיקונקט 360, אותה אנחנו מאמצים, תוכלו מהיום לבצע פעולות חשובות, באופן מהיר ופשוט!
לצורך כך,תתבקשו להוריד את האפליקציה שלנו למכשירי הסמארטפון שלכם, לבצע הרשמה קצרה ופשוט להקליק על הכפתורים השונים שבאפליקציה לפי הצורך.
לדוגמה נאמר שאתם רוצים לדווח לנו אונליין על פח האשפה שלכם שלא פונה, פשוט מקליקים על הכפתור "דיווח למוקד" שמאפשר שליחת דיווח אונליין בצירוף תמונה, מיקום גיאוגרפי וכתובת.
מיד לאחר השליחה אתם תקבלו מספר דיווח והודעות פוש ומייל עם שם המחלקה המטפלת בדיווח, ובנוסף תקבלו הודעות פוש ומייל לגבי הטיפול בדיווח וישירות מהגורם המטפל.

ובאותו אופן, קוביית ההודעות באפליקציה תציג את ההודעות החשובות שאנחנו נפרסם לכם, מעת לעת, חלקן ישלחו גם בפוש למכשיר הנייד ו/או למייל ו/או כמסרון. כך שתשארו כל הזמן מעודכנים.
קוביית לוח האירועים תציג את האירוע הקרוב ביותר וכן בלחיצה, את רשימת האירועים ביישוב. תמיד תדעו מה קורה סביבכם ובלחיצת כפתור.
לחיצה על כפתור ספר טלפונים תציג רשימת בעלי תפקידים עם אפשרות לחיוג ושליחת מייל בלחיצה אחת. אין צורך לזכור טלפונים וכתובת מייל.
בלחיצה על כפתור דרושים ותעסוקה יוצגו שלל תכנים שיתעדכנו מעת לעת ע"י מנהל האפליקציה במועצה.
כפתור שירותים בקליק יאפשר לכם לקבל מבחר שירותים ובאופן דיגיטלי ומהיר, טפסים ממוחשבים, זימון תורים, שירותים עירוניים שאנחנו מספקים לכם כולל ימים ושעות ועוד... הנגשה ונוחות כבר אמרנו??
בכל רגע האפליקציה תציג לכם את מזג האויר במיקום הנוכחי שלכם, טמפרטורה, לחות ומהירות הרוח.
