実際に未病指標を利用したい方は、神奈川県が運営するスマートフォン用アプリケーション「マイME-BYOカルテ」をダウンロードし、ME-BYO INDEXから15個の項目を測定・入力することで、あなたの未病の状態を100点満点で確認することができます。
