Update 5.062 is here! This update focuses on YOU, the User! Loading speeds have been addressed in this update. Screens now load in an average of 15 seconds, depending on your company's database. No more loading times over one minute. Support is available via support@callproof.com or visit the Settings>Support of your CallProof Plus App.

Update 5.060 Voice users will see text messages load faster after visiting the text page for the first time. We hope this allows our text via mobile to feel more like your native text app. Additionally, improvements have been implemented for the "Report an Issue" screen. Now once completed, you will be redirected to the home screen. The home screen widgets have also been improved to help you stay on task. You can see which widgets are available from the settings page. We appreciate all our users!

All users will see a change when reviewing account phone numbers. If the account does not have a listed phone number, the phone and text icons will not appear. Additionally, users can now press and hold to copy information from the Account detail page! Our calling and text feature will now load the dialer page and not redirect automatically. This will speed up the loading time as well. When opening the text feature, you will see a reduction in the loading times as well. Thank You!

Our phone feature host a keypad, and this update allows that keypad to interact with active calls. Additionally, users will now see an update with "Places". How will this affect the user? This update includes corrections for the touchtone keypad not allowing users to navigate through a menu, the dial pad sounds, and push, call and text notifications not alerting users. These fields have also been added to the list view to allow searching by name, not just date. Routes increased from a 15 account limit to 25!
