The CBT App for Home and School is an invaluable resource for both parents, teachers, and mental health workers. For example, if you send the strategies to the child’s parents that are consistent with how the child is being managed at school • use the automatically generated list of references for further study or background reading. • save the strategies you have selected to a file that you can text, email, print or format as a book.
