Connect is an online platform for informal workers to interact and access various information and services. Together these can help improve their access to fair and decent work.
On this platform, informal workers can:
• share their experiences, and learn from each other;
• find a community for support and solidarity;
• enhance their knowledge via educational resources and training programs;
• access legal and psychosocial support services.
This platform is created under the project - Global Labor Program - Platform for Organising by Workers for Empowerment and Recognition (GLP-POWER) supported by USAID. The project is being implemented by Solidar Suisse, Pragya and British Institute of International and Comparative Law (BIICL) across multiple countries in South Asia and Southeast Asia.
