This app is getting crashed, every time I open
App doesn't work
I have so many important documents inside and can't open the vault it doesn't enter the vault after having my face id when i go to pin what i don't remember it shows that it sent backup pin but I don't no to what email I checked all my accounts but didn't receive any please help

We apologize for the inconvenience caused by Folder Lock 10 affecting Face ID functionality. We want to inform you that an update will be released within the next 2 to 3 working days to resolve this issue. In the meantime, please do not uninstall the application; you can use the backup PIN for Face ID to log in.
Forgot password
I forgot my password and i got some important documents and photos on the app the forgot password option also doesnt work. Please help me get my data back it means a world to me.
