Hello Moonton, Today I heard about the new updates coming in the advance server so I was excited to join. When I tried to join the advance server I was stuck at the loading screen and in that screen there was a message on how to update the game. So I followed the instructions carefully but the ml update did not piped on the App Store. Pls keep in mind that I usually used my google account to go to advance server and since my Facebook account and google account that’s how I was able to log my account in the iPhone. Pls fix this issue since I am stuck in the loading screen and will not be able to log in neither original nor advance server.
This game is hell for Solo players

I am a solo player and this game is like a mental frustuation . The match making in solo is really annoying and bad , as the team we get are really bad compared to the enemy team . Some people are really toxic and they are racist through local langauge as they know if they are toxic in english moonton may take action . The rank push in this system is easy only in Trio or 5 men . We solo players suffer a month to get immortal or glory whereas 5men players easily achieve high immortal stars. My many friends have already quitted this game and i dont know why i am still hanging into it . The credit deduction system is annoying as hell and i was shocked of it . I left the match due to my emergency household matter but later i realized i got -15 credit score due to it . 8 for leaving behaviour and 7 for report due to team .From 110 i was direct 95 . Moonton should have some pity on solo players , i literally was on 8 lose streak yesterday . Our solo players game history is like win defeat win defeat win deafeat defeaft defeat defeat defeat . I gained nothing playing so many hours ? wow moonton Salute to your match making . Some players play duo and we get paired with them, in enemy team their is also duo , but why are our duo so bad we lose due to them . This game is Hell and nasty . Dont play this game

This game is fun to play. Am from nepal my ping is normal as it should be so I don’t have prob with ping but I am getting probs for logging in. Just today when I am at matchmaking after I chose hero’s my game was like error loading files try reloading the game then it took 10 hours to do then I was afk cause of that. And then right after that game just the same thing happened.... and am angry about it and now am downloading this game. I gave it 5 star cause I love this game and it’s very good to make new friends there are some bad player just ignore them. This is my first prob so am not that angry. Mlbb I love this game but too many bugs. And many people have ping prob idk what’s happening to them. I wrote a story in this review😅I always play this game and it’s fun but some stuff just takes too much time like changing pics in album and our profile pic...

This game is good and fun to play no doubt about that but the matchmaking in this game is the worst that i have ever witnessed among all the games that i have played. The toxicity and the amount of terrible players that are in the top brackets is insane i cannot fathom how those type of players can get to higher ranks just to frustrate other people by making them lose. It has got to a point where even when the enemy team is trolling with 4 mages we still lose because that is just the skill gap that was between their team and my team, my whole team had more than 7 deaths in 9 mins. No matter how much you try it is impossible to even try and carry 4 people by yourself. Its only possible till legend or lower mythic rank but after that solo carry when 4 of your teammates are literally throwing and feeding just makes me want to quit the game. I recommend not to play this game at all so later on you don’t need to deal with this frustration.
